it's definitely possible, but really really hard! and almost every person stumbles i guess. to me it goes back to what you really luved the person for in the 1st place. usually, not for the things u want to change:)
it's so hard though to practise!
ps:i'm really glad i can attend SC every weekend and hear ure thoughts on things:) always hits home or adds a neat perspective.

Thanks Ramya, the last few months have been good ... new found friends, new bonds. Feels happy. I find myself talking freely more often, which has been unlike me - which is good. :)
